Include your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, verification codes, tokens, passport details or payment information.

Hotel requests and reports

Use the app to contact your verified hotel, submit a report or request a service when available. If you cannot access the app, describe the issue and the time it occurred by email.

Account and data deletion

Request deletion without installing the app.

Emergencies

Support email is not an emergency response channel. In Korea, call 112 for police or 119 for medical emergencies and fire.
